What is User Experience?
When we are thinking about user experience for your website, we ask ourselves a series of questions.
Can it be used? One of the most basic requirements of good user experience is being able to use the product; if you can’t use the product, then it is useless to you.
Can it be found? Finding the information that is needed is also important. If your audience looking at your website can’t find what they need, they will look elsewhere.
Does it serve the purpose it needs to? Your website could be beautiful, and easy to use, but if it doesn’t address the purpose you need it to, your audience won’t stay.
Would we want to use it? If we would not want to use your website we can’t expect others to, so we make sure that other people would want to use your website.
Is it valuable? If the website doesn’t provide some sort of value it is not worth looking at. We do our best to make sure that your website has valuable information to make your audience want to be there.
Is it trustworthy? Credibility is huge, if your website is not trustworthy no one will want to use it. If they are to make purchases on your website credibility is something that it cannot be without.
Is it accessible to you? If no one can access your website, they can’t utilize the goods or services that you offer. These are all the questions we ask ourselves while creating your website to ensure that you are successful.
